I purchased u840w ON 26 january. few days later I realised that Its LAN is not working. After that I found that laptop screws are not tight.
I asked customer care regarding this problem. they told me to format the computer and everything will be fine. I have done the backup in the hard drive and formated the computer. Afetr that I realised that the backup done in this laptop is not working. ALL important data gone. I asked them regarding this problem they told me to contact service centre.
I did not contacted the toshiba customer care again. Instead I sarted using wiifi connection only.
2 months later I realised that battery back is not more than 3h (mentioned more than 6h). In the month of June I realised that battery is not charging. At the end I need to contact the customer care again. They told you need to contact the service centre.
I went to service centre (toshiba data dynamics). 2-4 days for the check of problem. I asked how much time it will take to repair. They told we don, t know. We will inform you after 4 days.
At last S$ 80 of labour charge for S$ 999 laptop.
Altogether ( 1. waste of money, 2. waste of time, 3. waste of energy, 4. waste of money again in labour charge, ) Was this information helpful? |
