I purchased an accessory from them i made prepaid payment in full and after harassing me for 15-20 days over phone call they said the item is unavailable. When i asked for refund they told me the process of refund and i did exactly the same and it also showed 2% will be deducted from my amount for refund. Well that's it, i never got the refund and its over 3 months. I know there are many sufferers who were cheated like this by touchlcdhouse even few buyers contacted me and told me the same way they got scammer after i posted on social media. Once u make payment to this fraudelant website from delhi your money is gone forget it they are biggest thieves and cheaters but no action against them by indian govt. Even after 1000z of complaints and these dacoits are roaming freely and cheating people on regular basis. Beware never ever order from these thieves i[censored] don't want to loose your hard warned money. Beware.
