I purchased an accessory from them i made prepaid payment in full and after harassing me for 15-20 days over phone call they said the item is unavailable. When i asked for refund they told me the process of refund and i did exactly the same and it also showed 2% will be deducted from my amount for refund. Well that's it, i never got the refund and its over 3 months. I know there are many sufferers who were cheated like this by touchlcdhouse...

I recently ordered oppo f19 pro combo and samsung m30 combo i prepaid it and the order automatically cancelled then i called ask it they say the product is out of stock then i requested to refund money the app have a ewallat featured my money was shown in ewallat after i withdraw to my bank account its is not received....

I ordered a Redmi Note 7 pro touch Screen as shown in the Picture for Rs 763/- & then Immediately Cancelled. I'm not getting my refund. Every day I call them & ask for a refund. A Lady Picks up and says will get the refund on the same day but it's not happening. Every day the same reason. Kindly help me,

On 23/4/2023 I ordered back panel for Lava Mobile worth 305 rupees Order number 865004. After two weeks they replied product not available so to cancel the order & amount will be credited back but wallet refund done which couldn't be transferred back to bank account. Now, after numerous mails I failed to get back the money even after 4 weeks. So I ordered Samsung lcd/touch for 631 rupees paying remaining balance of 326 rupees on 1/6/2023 Order number 891618 through UPI. Today 2/6/2023 they called back & asked to pay more 500+ rupees as the product price increased as per them. I refused, they asked to cancel the order & wait for two weeks for refund. I understood I have been cheated so checked the comments on various websites to find they were making fraud. So be aware.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to urgently file a formal complaint against TouchLCDHouse for engaging in fraudulent transactions, failing to deliver the purchased product, displaying highly unethical behavior towards customers, and an overwhelming number of consumer complaints.Additionally, I request a refund for the amounts totaling 842 rupees for the two orders that I am owed.
On 05/05/2023 and 17/05/2023, I made purchases of a back panel for my mobile phone from TouchLCDHouse, an online seller. Despite paying the required amount promptly, I never received the product. To my dismay, I discovered that the product had been returned to the seller without any attempt made to deliver it to my address.
In an attempt to resolve the matter, I contacted TouchLCDHouse's customer support, explaining the situation and requesting a refund. To my utter disbelief, the representatives I spoke with showed complete disregard for my concerns and treated me disrespectfully. They not only refused to initiate a refund but also spoke to me in an insulting manner, as if I were at fault for their negligence. Shockingly, on more than one occasion, they abruptly ended the call in the middle of our conversation, leaving my issue unresolved and disregarding my rights as a consumer.
Furthermore, upon researching this company, I have discovered that there are numerous consumer complaints lodged against TouchLCDHouse. In fact, there have been more than 250 documented cases of customers facing similar issues, such as non-delivery, refund denials, and unprofessional behavior from their customer support team. This overwhelming number of complaints indicates a pattern of fraudulent activities and a systematic disregard for consumer rights.
I am deeply distressed by the company's blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, their failure to fulfill their obligations, and their unprofessional behavior towards me and numerous other consumers. It is evident that TouchLCDHouse has engaged in fraudulent practices by accepting payment for products they had no intention of delivering, and their refusal to provide refunds is a clear violation of consumer rights.
Therefore, I kindly request your urgent intervention and assistance in resolving this matter. I seek the following actions to be taken:
1. Conduct a thorough investigation into TouchLCDHouse's business practices to expose their fraudulent activities and protect future consumers from falling victim to their unethical behavior.
2. Compel TouchLCDHouse to provide an immediate refund for the undelivered product to all affected customers, including myself, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
3. Impose substantial penalties and sanctions on TouchLCDHouse to deter them from engaging in further fraudulent practices and to ensure accountability for their actions.
4. Provide guidance and support to affected consumers, including myself, to ensure a swift resolution and restitution for the damages caused.

I purchased "Full Body Housing For LG Stylus 2 - Titan" and "Full Body Housing For LG Stylus 2 - Brown" on 04/02/2023 with order id's #808624 and #808657, I spoke to customer service that both products are placed successfully with payment done through paytm but I cancelled one product on the same date with order with id: #808624, and I asked for refund they said you will get your refund for cancelled item in 24hrs and the other order will process in 3-4 working days. Its been 14days till now I didn't get refund and i didn't the product deliver details as well, when I tried to contact them now they are not responding/answering my calls and messages..

I bought a touch scree of Honor View 20 vide invoice no 655977 dated 24.06.2022.
I got the screen replaced and noticed that that the screen has a hairline crack inside the screen which is visible only on white or very light color screens.
Since the screen was working, I removed the protective screen to test the touch functionality of the screen. With the protective cover on the touch does not work properly.
Also with the protective cover, it would have been difficult to see the hairline issue of the screen.
Since this product has a 1 month warranty, before buying, I asked what if I install the screen and then there is some issue in month, to this the employee of touchlcdhouse has confirmed via a voice message n whatsapp that for replacement the screen should not be damaged/broken.
I have been following up with the team of touchlcdhouse since 18th july on their offical whatsapp number. While I have shared the problem and whatever they asked for, they are now rejecting the warranty basis that the protective cover of the screen is removed. This was never a clause while buying the product.
Not only this, they have an extremely poor service because everyday they said they will confirm from the replacement department and reply in 15-20 minutes, but they never reply. They also take a very long time to pick up the calls if I select 2 from the IVR menu, which is for replacement.
We are looking forward to replacement of the product. With such a bad experience with them, I would want to have a full 1 month warranty from the date of receipt of new display screen.
Looking forward to a quick resolution of the same.

Refusal to return damaged product
Received the lcd screen on april **th.
on april **th i took it to the phone technician for installation. he said it was damaged.
i immediately lodged a complaint and request for replacement on the website and was told to send photos, which i did. i received a reply to send additional photos, which i did. then i received a request to upload a video, which i could not do as the website did not manage to upload. i sent the video by mail and WhatsApp and after a few days was told to wait for further information. all this has taken almost * weeks. customer support line is unreachable. now i have received a response that my request has been denied as i did not lodge the complaint within ** hours of receiving the product. not only is this incorrect, but also there is nothing on the website stating that this is the policy. to the contrary - the website offers a **-day return period.

Display of Samsung Galaxy j 7 max
I have purchased the samsung galaxy j 7 max display on 14th july 2021 from touch LCD house order #374656 for rs.1729, they sent faulty display after one month on 11th august 2021. I found it was faulty and returned it for replacement #4536 on 14th August 2021 by rs.200 for shipment. Till now they did not replace nor refund the amount, it is been 3 months.

I have requested for return and refund the day after i have ordered the product on 14th aug due to delivery time. I have purchased from local vendor.
I had discussion with tlh executive regarding return and refund they refund will be initiated once we received the courier. I have received the item on 19th aug.
Now no one shall be able to pick the call and no response from tlh. Im fed up totally
