I had booked a vacation from CHRISON HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD. for Kerala. Mr. Jose, the Coordinator, presented an iternary with Hotel booking details, AC Indica Taxi and the charges. During the planning our trip was modified because of Railway Reservations and the same was conveyed to Chrison Holidays. After having detailed discussions with the Tour Operator, it was finalized that for booking confirmation we have to deposit 30% of the amount...

Tour Operator — Worst Management

This is to inform you that we had joined your NM 1 starting 28th October 2011. I would like to point out the problems faced during the trip due to ill management by Heena Tours and Travels-

• The Paras International Hotel (which was informed last minute) was in pretty bad shape and substandard. The lift was not working and there were cockroaches all around the room. In spite of informing the tour manger/Mumbai office nothing...
