Wrongly understanding i pay just purchased 1 ticket (S) for event - mi home - 1 mg lido mall, bangalore.

I am so many times wrote a messages regarding refund, they replies our team response with in 24 hrs. But not receive any message.

I am residing at Guntur; 1 mg mall at Bangalore, on 22nd July 2017, I pay Rs.499/- for booking MI mobile (MI max 2) at Bangalore . I can't understand correct meaning, I pay Rs.499/- through online payment. I am not attend the event at Bangalore. I wrote a message to townscript team on 19th of July 17, wrongly pay rs.499/- by mistake, please refund my money to our s.b.account. They reply by mail our team contact you with me in 24 hrs. But not any person contact me, and no message received from them. Again I wrote message two days back, they reply the same contact me with in 24 hrs. but not reply from them.
