Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that TP-Link Range Extender 150 mbps universal wifi (TL-WA750RE[protected] purchased from Computer Store Police Bazar Shillong on 11/6/2015 is not working and was given for repairs to Computer Store on 23/01/2016. Despite my repeated reminders, I have not been able to get it back. The Store Manager, a very rude and impolite person, says it has been sent to Guwahati and he has no idea how long it will take.It is 16 days now and counting but no news.This is causing me great inconvenience. The product is under warranty.
Please look into this and ensure that the product is returned to me at the earliest
