The company only takes orders through the website. It has an email ID - [protected]@tpsclothing.com but you mcever hear from them.
They have a dedicated WhatsApp number which states working hours from 11.00 am - 6.00 pm, but the message is not neither delivered during this time nor they respond.
They are running a scam and fraud company by taking full amount in advance . Even though their website clearly indicates dispatch in 12-14 days (excluding Saturday/Sundays), the product is not yet dispatched even after 21 days.
They are not refunding the money even when the default is from their side and are not responding.
This brand should be penalised as everyone and everything about them is cheating and not fulfilling their own stated commitments.
