TPSL — Bus Ticket not booked but money deducted from my bank account

I am tried to book APSRTC BUS TICKET on 5th March 2022. I am paid amount of 471, but bus ticket is not booked. Why it happened please reply me and please refund my money as early as possible... Payment proof are attached below 👇
