TPSL — Debited the amount automatically for light bill but not reflected in portal

On 26/11/2022 debited Rs.980.00 and on 1/6/2022 debited Rs.1170.00 from Gpay showing MSEDCL. Whereas its not reflected on MSEDCL portal. Please resolve the issue at earliest
