I am filing this complaint regarding an issue I faced while making an online payment through TPSL Payment Gateway.
On [insert date], I made a payment of ₹650 for my university registration. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, and the transaction was marked as complete. However, despite successful payment, I did not receive my registration slip from the university portal.
