PAYMET DONE & DEDECUT MY account but not received vyam technology i have recharge my UP CSC Wallet...

I tried payment through upi from the rajasthan payment platform. It showed "previous transaction attempt failed due to: tppge105". The amount was deducted from my upi account and payment was fail. Refund amount did not credit in my account till now. Please, either refund amount or provide some reason for this.

I made transaction to pay for annual subscription with cibil through icici amex credit card on[protected] which directed to tpsl-india payment gateway and rs 1200 was debited from credit card but the same is not reflecting in the cibil. I have made online transaction for payment of monthly installment for margadarsi chits on 08.04.2019 for an amount of rs.1940 by using my corporation bank debit card. Then the transaction was unsuccessful, but the amount of rs.1940 debited from my account and not received back so far.
