TPSL — Payment for mastertrust

I have made payment from mastertrust app through TPSL. I receieve payment successful full from tpsl. But amount not credit in mastertrust. Tpsl said payment failed and amount will return in 48 hours bt not receieve. Please help me out. Tpsl are fraud
