Tpslgovernment — Money deducted but not sent to JBVNL

My payment of 3023 was successful from the UPI app and the money was deducted from my bank account and is saying it is sent to Tpsl Government. But its not sent to Jharkhand Bijili Vitran Nigam limited (JBVNL) and gave error in transaction over there.

Please get the money sent or refunded.
