The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Amount deduct from my account but still showing pending electricity bill

I have paid the electricity bill for may 2022 on 7th june 2022 through google pay, however the amount was deducted from my account, but the payment was made to tpslqr and the bill was showing unpaid. The amount is still not refunded back to the account. I already contacted google pay and my bank but they couldn't help me. please resolve this issue.THANKS....

I Was booking my Bus Ticket Through MSRTC On 15/09/2021. While booking tickets the server was down. The amount has been deducted from my account but that ticket does not book successfully. I try many times to book tickets and while that 3 times amount deducted but tickets not book. So I requesting you to refund me 1356.36 Rs.
I attaching the payment details...

My payment of 3023 was successful from the UPI app and the money was deducted from my bank account and is saying it is sent to Tpsl Government. But its not sent to Jharkhand Bijili Vitran Nigam limited (JBVNL) and gave error in transaction over there.
Please get the money sent or refunded.
