Track On Courier — Delayed delivery of pan card

Sir,

With reference to subject matter, I would like to inform you that pan card no.JCGPK9850P a/c Kritika Kaura was dispatched through Track on courier vide airway bill no,[protected] on 03.09.2022. I visited the courier office at Bilaspur H.P on 10 sep and found that it was received by them on 07.09.2022 but it is very surprising that from 7 sep to 10 sep nobody even bothered to call me despite that my contact no was mentioned on the packet. The pan card holder is my daughter & she is flying abroad on 13.09.2002 & she required to carry that pan card with her. Luckily I visited the courier office today i.e on Saturday & got that card otherwise next day was Sunday & we have to leave on Monday for her flight which is on Tuesday. Due to negligence of track on courier service provider my daughter could have missed the flight if she had not received the pan card.
The service providers have a very very bad track record & I want to inform you that there were a bunch of Pan cards lying with him. He is in a practice where he keeps the parcels with him for a few days & then returns them back without even calling the customers to whom the parcel was to be delivered.
I request to please take some initiative to stop the services of Track on couriers.
