I would like to file a complaint against Trackon Courier regarding a parcel that was incorrectly marked as delivered but was never received by me.
A doctor had sent urgent medicines to me through Trackon Courier as it was related to my health and required timely delivery. However, the courier tracking status shows that the parcel has already been delivered, even though I have not received the package.
This is a serious issue because the parcel contained important medical items, and due to this negligence I have faced inconvenience and potential health risk.
Despite checking locally and verifying the delivery status, the parcel is still missing. Marking a parcel as delivered without actually delivering it is highly irresponsible and unacceptable.
I request the concerned authorities to:
Investigate this matter immediately
Provide the proof of delivery (delivery person details, signature, or photo proof)
Arrange immediate delivery of the parcel or provide a proper explanation
Take necessary action against the courier service for such negligence
