Trackon Couriers — about late delivery and rude attitude of customer care executive | |||
A parcel was couriered after paying EXTRA CHARGES from Punjab after confirming with Mumbai office that it would be delivered by 18th. Parcel has reached Mumbai on 18/5/19 but still not delivered to me. On enquiring with the given customer care contact (KAPIL) rudely told i[censored] need urgently then come and collect parcel urself otherwise we will deliver whenever we have time.. which is already 2 days late than expected date and still he has AUDACITY to behave as if he is doing any favour. Is this the way to deal with customer? You are making money by UNETHICAL ways. charging extra for air parcel and then delivering at regular parcel time. This is second time bad experience with trackon and same issues. ur delivery offices are pathetic... henceforth I am never going to use ur service and will raise this issue in consumer court.
