Trackon Couriers — awb is not updated and no one is answering the call when called madiwala office

I haven't received a courier which was supposed to be delivered days ago.
On tracking it down I see that AWB is not updated and the courier has reached Bangalore on 29th. Upon calling Madiwala office there is no one answering the call.
Can I get someone contact me about this?
