Trackon Couriers — awb no.[protected] the packet reached very late, broken and things eaten by rats

I sent a packet from muzaffarnagar (Up) to bangalore on thursday 5th march. The packet contained eatables and clothes. After asking the courier shop person told me that 99.9% it should reach by saturday 7th march or if not maximum by monday 9th march. But the packet was delivered late on wednesday 11th march in the afternoon.
And it was delivered in a very bad condition. The box was broken and the two inside plastic boxes were nibbled by rats and eatables inside were eaten by rats. We have to throw away everything.
We are very disturbed. Please do something about it asap.
