Trackon Couriers — broken glass temple | |||
I have sent a glass temple to Bengaluru however same was completely broken none of the piece was in solid form. When i was sending the same i asked your person from Bata office in Faridabad that its a glass item and needs to send very carefully. He assured me that nothing will happen to this and we will take care... i asked him multiple times to send it by Air if possible.. but your person Ashok given a complete assurance that it will not break... i asked him from last almost 10 or 15 days to raise a complaint against the refund as same was also told by your person that if something happens we can claim the same however he is just not ready to do it and also telling me that it will be done on daily basis.. i have spoken to you head office on Neelam bata road they are also not ready to help in any case and far most worse than Ashok by saying nothing can be done on this... if the claim is not option then why do you guys ask for invoice... i have shared invoice with Ashok and also the video footage for broken. Video Footage is available. I have raised complaint on emails and on Twitter as well however its so pathetic service that no one is ready to reply on the same.
