Trackon Couriers — broken goods , broken box and horrible and always late delivery | |||||
Hi I have regular work with Trackon and have a tie up with them in Kolkata for regular dispatch of goods, I cl for all my goods via Trackon and get all my goods delivered via Trackon with a monthly wt of atleast 80 90 kgs ...but Iam terribly dissapointed with the service. One parcel of mine which reached Kolkata on Saturday the 6th of October package no.[protected] but got delivered to me yesterday and that also I had to go pick it from the hub 30 mins away from my house. Which is ridiculous as I shouldnt be paying for the service if I havto do this . On top of that Ur staff never picks the phone and they are highly rude and incompetent. The second package which I sent to Noida [protected] reached Noida on the 4th of October and they didn't deliver it until today 9th October and when my client kept calling them they didn't answer the phone and when they did everytime they said they hey would deliver it that day or the next day maximum. After that when she recieved the package it was torn and in a horrible condition and my goods inside were damaged for which she has sent me the pictures which I can send u. It was handled horribly .why should my package be torn and damaged . I haven't faced this with any other courier .and who will pay for the loss?? The service is horrible with Trackon and I can't keep having my clients complain like this and keep incurring loss everytime due to the horrible work ethic of Trackon and their severe incompetence Was this information helpful? | |||||
