Trackon Couriers — Cheating & Unethical service promise | |||||
I booked a consignment with Trackon - PRIME TRACK - through Rajguru Nagar frenchise (Ludhiana) vide consignment note number 6336555 dt. 28/06/2017 at 11.30 AM, with the promise to get consignment delivered next day at Perundurai (TN) ; and paid three times more the cost comparing to normal courier. But its not even delivered as on 01.07.2017 My counter-part is claiming me to be Cheater, as if I sent courier through normal Trackon to claim more from my customer unethically.
