Dear sir/madam I have dispatched my consignment from mulund east through tackon booking office b. K. Enterprises shop n.11 shreenath plaza, l. T. Road mulund east mumbai 400081 contact n..[protected] on dated 13/10/2017, receipt/docket no.[protected] to pune, hadpasar, tupe patil road & the same consignment reached at trackon courier fatlma nagar pune on dated 14/10/2017 at 12.21. Man no bn 7801. The consinment was very important & was to carry to u. S.. A. Through my relative on sunday 22/10/2017. Till monday 23/10/2017 that consignment will not going to delivered that is what pune staff mr satish told when i contacted over mobile no.[protected] 2.43 p. M.. Who is accountable for not reaching my consignment to destination in time. Now i claim compensation for all materials. Efforts. Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 15, 2017 ujala credit cooperative society's response Parcel is not delivered till dated on 15th Oct 2017...Very worst service
