Trackon Couriers — complaining about delivery system near my location and operator behaviour

My courier was booked from trackon courier service on[protected], and it arrived at my location on[protected], next day i called them to gave me my parcel they told me to come and collect it, i refused and told them that they are supposed to deliver the parcel at door-step that's why it's called 'home delivery' and they hanged up the call. On 31of october a service provider from trackon courier service named 'mr. Nikku singh rajput' called me the about my parcel. He told me that my location is some sort of odd type so their service would take some time and asked for another three days and promised to deliver it by saturday, 3rd of november i. E yesterday, and when i called him yesterday about my package, he told me that "aapka package to return ho gya hai aur yha aa gya hai delhi waps" which i don't know why. Then i argued a lot to him and he again promised me to deliver it by monday 5th of november and also that he is sending it through prime service, but when i called him again for asking the tracking id of the prime shipment, he just rudely replied that "milna hoga to monday ko mil jayega wrna holiday (Deepawali) ke baad milega",. Now i don't need my parcel anymore, 15 days are lot of time i had wasted. I need my money back.

Sent a minimum weight parcel from Bangalore to Delhi on 26th October 2018 and was promised next day delivery but its 7.47 pm in the evening of 27th October the item is not yet delivered. When you cant deliver why do you charge exorbitant prices in the name of next day delivery. AWB number 8997782.
