My name is akansha jay parekh, i am expecting a courier from trackon which is already reach vasai outlet yesterday thats on 27 may 2019 but still i haven't received the parcel my awb no is [protected] and when i am trying to reach the delivery person of trackon he is not receiving the call and has now switched off his phone, i want strict action taken against the delivery person my contact no is [protected] so please contact me on this no. Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 28, 2019 Updated by Jay74368 I called the delivery guy atleast 25 times but he did have decency to at least call once or revert back, I want stern action against trackon courier and the delivery guy May 29, 2019 Updated by Jay74368 The parcel is out for delivery from 27 evening so I don't understand why is taking so much time to deliver, the distance is hardly 30 min from trackon office, customer care is also pathetic they are not at all helpful
