Trackon Couriers — complaint on delay in delivery because of wrong routing the parcel

An aircourier from pune booked on[protected].
But till this time[protected] hrs) was not delivered.

On checking the tracking, the material was lying at kilpauk hub (Man no. Bn[protected]. Arul in that centre, replied that the delivery jurisdiction is not in his area. (Wrong route). Hence i have to return it main hub today and you will get delivery tomorrow and gave a number [protected] and put off the phone.
That number is also ringing and nobody is picking.
