I am writing this with serious concern and extreme disappointment regarding the non-delivery of my consignment (Tracking No:[protected] booked from Ballia to Varanasi (Shivpur) to K K Singh containing my Medicines.
According to your website, the parcel was marked 'out for delivery' on 12th June, yet I have not received it till now, nor have I received any call or delivery attempt from your end.
After repeated follow-ups, I contacted your customer care. I was told that the consignment was mistakenly sent to your Ardali Bazar branch, and from there, I was informed it would be routed to Sigra and then to my address. However, this has still not happened.
To make matters worse, when I contacted the Sigra branch, your staff member not only misinformed me but also spoke rudely and unprofessionally. Initially, she lied that the parcel was being returned from the ardali bazar branch, then denied saying so after I contacted ardali bazar manager, and accused me of “arguing” simply because I was enquiring about my own package. Is this how your staff is trained to behave with customers? I was already under stress regarding my consignment, and the kind of disrespect and false information I faced from your team is unacceptable.
This is not the first time this has happened. It is the second time a parcel addressed to me has been returned without even attempting delivery. This shows serious flaws in your delivery system, and now I am demanding an urgent and thorough enquiry into:
The whereabouts and current status of my consignment.
The negligence in delivery and why it was wrongly routed.
The unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour of your staff at the Sigra branch.
I contacted your customer care Helpline number, they said they cant help as the parcel is returned. Then who should I contact? Its not my problem, Its your companies fault. Why are you making us HELPLESS? What;s the purpose of your helpline number then?
I need my parcel delivered to me immediately and expect a formal apology and explanation from your side.
Please treat this complaint with utmost urgency and respond immediately with action details.
