I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Earth Globel Track On regarding a serious issue involving the theft of a brand new laptop during delivery and the company's complete inaction despite my repeated follow-ups.

Nature of the Product: Brand new laptop
Loss Incurred: Approximate value ₹96000
Despite raising the issue immediately, and making several follow-up attempts, the company has not responded or provided any resolution as of May 8, 2025. This negligence has caused me financial loss and mental distress. It appears to be a case of gross negligence or internal theft, and their silence is unacceptable.
Direct the courier company to fully refund the value of the stolen laptop or compensate the loss.
Take necessary penal action against the company for its negligence and lack of response.
Provide compensation for mental agony and time wasted due to their inaction.
I respectfully urge you to consider my complaint and help deliver justice at the earliest.
