Trackon Couriers — Consignment damage

On 7th of july'2024 we called Raj enterprises for courier delivery and on same date he came to our resident to pickup the parcels and they needed to be picked as well, at the time of picking up the parcel we have strictly inform the person please handle the parcel as have some frugal material and he assured us that there won't be any damage to our parcel and on 09th july 2024 we the parcels arrived at our delivery address we found out that those items which we have strictly informed the person to take care were totally damaged and there is no posseblty of those items to be re-assiemable.
We required full refund of our money along with demage charge for our parcel.
