My consignment #[protected] is a prepaid one and is showing 'out for delivery' since 10th sept but there is no forther update available. Tried calling their regional office at kolkata but the contact numbers seems engaged all the day and there is no other option to reach out to customer service.

Please look into this.

Updated by ashisghosh Tried local office number a while ago, +[protected] and it is 'switched off' now.
