Trackon Couriers — consignment status not showing in online tracking system booking date 17.09.20 | |
Myself is sanjib das from rishaan technologies, kolkata. Our supplier sharp lighting ind from nashik booked a consignment (Consignment no: [protected]) for us through trackon couriers on 17th sep, 2020 but still the consignment status is not showing in your on line tracking system. Kindly let me know, what is the issue & hope you will short out the issue immediately. Furthermore, hope the consignment will be delivered as early as possible. Moreover, from last 4 days i'm seeking help from trackon courier, calling there customer care, mailing them but no body is responding. I want to know whether my supplier whom I paid the total payment in advance, really booked this shipment or shared a false consignment booking slip.Almost 10 days over but there is no tracking of this shipment in Trackon online system.
Nither Trackon Customer care responding nor they are replying in mail.
Please help.
