I am reaching out to raise a concern and also request to return the consignment to sender's address.

The consignment number [protected] was sent from Lucknow to Delhi, however it wasn't delivered to the address. It has been returned to Lucknow again without any intimation.

I had called customer care and was told that the consignment would be returned to sender's address, but it hasn't reach yet.

Could you please help here? The details of consignment is given below:

Updated by S. K.Pandey The tracking number [protected] shows as delivered on 7th January 2019. However, nobody has received it at either TO or FROM address.
I mailed two times to customer care and called them 8 times but no one respond my mail and call.
