Trackon Couriers — Courier not delivered and unresponsive/unethical

My courier was marked (in their tracking site) as delivered even though I had not received it. After waiting for a couple of days, I reached out to the merchant and eventually reached the TrackOn courier support.
1. They shared a photo of a paper which marked my courier as delivered and a 'delivery signature' which had my first name initial and last name (misspelt) written on it. [Whatsapp conversation on numbers:[protected],[protected]]
2. Upon telling them that this wasn't my signature, they gave me the contact numbers of their Domlur (Bangalore) office - there were 2 numbers. One landline, one mobile [Link:, Phone numbers:[protected],[protected]]
3. I had called both the numbers repeatedly and they have been disconnecting my call or haven't been picking up the call.
