Trackon Couriers — Courier not delivered //Misplaced // 20 days

My consignment no is [protected]. I have booked the courier in Delhi on 24th oct 2020 for bhubhneshwar. In tracking it shows it has left delhi airport hub and then consignment short at bhubhneshwar on 27oct. It is 10 Nov 2020 today and still no response from trackon. I have put complaint in their website section but no resolution. Also all their customer care numbers are unreachable . Kindly trace my courier packet else provide me claim refund. I have submitted all the bills and letter through trackon agent at g block vijay nagar, delhi 110009
