Trackon Couriers — courier not delivered on doorstep.

Some one sent me courier from thane. But courier boy did not delivered same documents due to slum area. He ask me to come out and collect the document.
Then what is the use of courier service if we collect from half of the way.
He called me 4 time within 5minutes but i didn't pick him call due to that time i was busy in some work. But i called him em
