Trackon Couriers — Courier not reaching destination

I couriered a parcel from Agra toh Delhi on 17th of this month and it's been 3 days that I can see the courier is still in transit. It has reached Janakpyri but since then it didn't get delivered to it's intended destination 'Uttam Nagar'. Now the distance from Janakpuri to Uttam Nagar is hardly 5 minutes and I was expecting it to be delivered yesterday itself. This was my first experience with trackon and so far I'm honestly not happy with this kind of slow service and no response from your customer service team over the call. Was this information helpful?
