Trackon Couriers — courier not received and unethical behaviour

The sender has sent the courier from shimla to delhi on 21st january.
I have'nt received any calls or delivery messages on the mentioned number regarding the courier. the courier company without even informing me has sent back the courier back to shimla. While speaking with the customer care service I'm receiving the blunt replies and they are mentioning that they can not help me in any way possible. Please investigate why i did not receive any phone calls or actual delivery professional delivering courier at the mentioned address. moreover please mention the further steps to get the courier.

Sir, I sent two couriers on 18.01.2019, one for kota(Raj.) and other for katni (m.p.) having no [protected] and [protected] respectively.In status, it is showing "delivered"while it is still undelivered.so please acknowledge the message and make me aware with the fact.
