Trackon Couriers — courier not received receipt no [protected]

Res sir, i had complaint against not getting of my courier to your office and also on tweeter. The courier booked from puna to parbhani on 10 dec 2018. Till date its status at mumbai hub. Can u explain why my courier is not received to me till date? If i can't get response from your end i will compalint in consumar forum.

I have not received courier [protected]. It reached perungudi hub on 5 th jan. But they are not moving from their place... I need the material by today itself.. Kindly do the needful..
