I sent a courier from Delhi with consignment number 12120942 booked on 11-Dec-2019 for the address - AKSHAYA KUMAR, HOUSE No.119, C.P. THAKUR PATH, Near CANADA BHAWAN, Patna - 800023, Bihar India.
I am really sorry to state here that the courier service of http://trackoncourier.com/ is turning out to be the worst one for me. This is my 2nd courier and not even once it was received by my Father in Patna peacefully rather he had to break his head so much in order to trace it or get it delivered.
I called customer care on Friday and Monday for my couriers status One gentlemen ladies pick up call and say you fist mail physical address then she will deliver otherwise not delivers my course, whole day (11 to 15 Dec2019) my Father was at home waiting for the courier because of its urgency without going anywhere but of no use. When he tried calling the same number, but no reply.
No request is obliged in any way. Customer care Girls have no manners or courtesy at all. A bunch of rogues, picked up without any training. They are hell bent on spoiling the reputation of http://trackoncourier.com/. They talk as if they have our arrest warrant. I believe this is a local specific issue, but urgently needs to be addressed. One of my consignment went back undelivered, another my Father had to request to three times and had to visit the service center in Patna twice to collect the document. The present one is also heading the same direction.
http://trackoncourier.com/, please take immediate action to clean up the mess, or else you would loose out to DTDC, who has excellent service in the area and even all over India.
