Trackon Couriers — Courier still not delivered

I had sent a courier vide [protected] to Delhi address on[protected]. Despite several phone calls and reminders with complaint no 423895 I have been repeatedly assured that parcel would be delivered by 30/08/16 but all these assurances have fallen flat. I have explained the urgency of the courier being delivered since it contains documents for a court hearing on Wednesday. I am given a different no to contact for the courier being stuck at kotla Mubarakpur and hasn't moved since yesterday morning I shall request if the courier be delivered ASAP due to urgency. Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 31, 2016 Updated by Shani6 Despite calls to their center the correct number is not shared. It's has become a pain

I have Called Your Vki Branch and They Said Couier Dispatched But Not recived yet to my factory address so please deliver as soon as posible

My father had booked a parcel from vijayawada about two weeks ago. the parcel has to reach ahmedabad where I am staying presently. Still it was not delivered to me and I am very unhappy reagrding your service and persons are not picking up the phone
I request you to kindly deliver my parcel.
