Trackon Couriers — Damaged Food Items

I am highly disappointed with the service of Trackon Dombivli West. I had sent Kerala food items like banana chips, chuda and jackfruit chips to Gujarat for Onam festival, paying ₹300 with assurance of safe delivery in 5 days. Though it reached a day early, the parcel was delivered in a horrible condition. The box was torn, food packets ripped and mixed, and it clearly looked as if rats or pests had eaten them. The receiver immediately called me and shared a video proof which I am trying to upload but your system is not accepting. I am uploading photo. This has not only spoiled the entire consignment but also caused me embarrassment in front of my friend who was eagerly waiting for these items. Such negligence is unacceptable. I demand strict action against the responsible staff, full compensation for the damage, and assurance that such careless handling will never be repeated.
