With great regards i would like to say that i availed your service to delivery my parcel from lakhnow up to srinagar j&k on 14 august 2020
I received my parcel today at your srinagar branch but the product was damaged. I would like to mention here that when i handed over my product at your laknow branch they inspected the product and there was no damage in the mixer and its parts.
When i received the product here at srinagar i checked it and i found that the jar is broken
I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by the company this time. I never complained about any of their services during the past few years. But this time it was a big letdown.
I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that damaged packet and damaged goods will be reimbursed from the courier company (Trackon). The copy of the packet’s receipt is attached to this letter for your convenience.
