Trackon Couriers — Delay and unknown status of delivery

I am writing to formally complain about the significant delay in the delivery of my parcel via Trackon Courier. Despite the system indicating that my package has arrived at its destination, I have yet to receive it, even after 10 days since booking.

I have made multiple attempts to contact your customer service at[protected]. After long waits, I was finally able to speak with a representative and dismay to hear only to be informed that my consignment number is untraceable and that I should contact the booking office for further assistance. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates regarding the complaint I raised (Complaint No. C4123997).

The level of customer service I have encountered is extremely disappointing, and I am seeking immediate resolution regarding the whereabouts of my parcel.
