Trackon Couriers — delay in delivery and improper response

The consignment has reached the ambattur hub on 6th of september and its already 2 days now and they still are not delivering the courier. I called the ambatur office and the way the lady spoke to me has unethical and even the manager of ambattur hub is unethical and rude. They can't even intimate the conserned person that the area is not covered for delivery. And when asked about this with the manager he replied, "we don't call the customer its not our business". Highly disappointed. Please take proper action.
