Trackon Couriers — delay in delivery of laptop

I was supposed to recieve my parcel yesterday but there is no updation of the status of parcel since last 3 days and is stuck there for last three days. I contacted cuatomer care they told me it will be delivered today but again niether there is any change in status nor product is delivered. Status shows the parcel departed from delhi on 19 of feb 5:20 am
And after 60 hours it still didnt reach the destination bangalore

Trackon service is too worst. They even did not show the status of parcel, even dispatching 3-4 days ago.
I am not getting my parcel status updates.
It is dispatched from ludhiana and was delivered to Hyderabad, still no status updates

If you will not take any action, then i will file complain against this service.
