Trackon Couriers — delay in delivery of my item [protected]

Dear sir/mam,
I have sent a parcel from delhi to kulgam (J&k), it was a parcel of booklets.
I wanted to sent them through a quick service as i was in urgent need of same.
At trackon office i was assured a delivery in two days and was charged accordingly with a huge amount. I sent my parcel on 30th sept.
It has been 10 days since then, but my item has not been delivered yet.
I contacted office several time and each time i got an unethical response and a false promise.
I even mailed to asst. Manager in order to get my item speedy delivery, but in vain.
It has been a hilarious, and worst experience with your services.
