Trackon Couriers — delay in service | |||||
I have forwarded one courier 13555857 on dated 4th of sep’18 from trackon jalandhar office. The courier was dispatched on same date but didn’t deliver on due date & i was unable to track it till 7th of sep’18. I tried calling several times to their executives on[protected]Jalandhar office) but didn’t get any positive response from your representative. Several times he told me that the courier is received at bathinda hub & will be dispatched soon or else you can collect from our bathinda branch. Antipode to this your bathinda representatives are corroborating that the courier was not received. On 8th of sep’18 i left bathinda as my scheduled visit was amritsar & asked thier representative to sent the parcel back to jalandhar from where it was dispatched. Their jalandhar executive (Miss rubi) is not picking my calls & this guy[protected]Jalandhar office) is confirming that the courier is dispatched to delhi. Unable to understand the courier was at rajpura hub few days back then why it was dispatched to delhi? This guy[protected]Jalandhar office) is misleading the customers every day & which is really very frustrating & onerous for me.
