My consignment has got struck in kolkata and is not getting delivered to the destination . I have placed my complaint with your customer support also. After further investigation at the other end your team is telling that there is no service at my given address. So just tell me that when you people don't provide service to my address what was the need to book the consignment. You would have informed me before Booking my consignment.
