I handed over a box of sweets to be delivered in South Delhi and which was supposed to be delivered before Diwali.
The parcel was handed over 20th October and the promised delivery was 22nd October 2022. Until today i.e. 24th October the parcel is still not delivered. The online tracking is showing same destination for last couple of days. No one is answering any calls and there is not other way to communicate. The complaint tab on their web portal is also not working which means they don't want to listen to any complaint or inconvenience to customers.
The entire objective of sending the package early has lost as having that Diwali sweets on Diwali day is not achieved.
The company should stop giving false promises and excuses if they are not equipped to bite more than they can chew. When the international deliveries i.e. US or Canda are happening in 3/4 days why can't this company deliver a parcel in Delhi even in those many days.
They should refund the entire amount charged for services. Was this information helpful? |
