Trackon Couriers — Falsely delivered parcel

I am from Raigard, Maharashtra. I am expecting to receive a parcel from Nashik and often tracked my order, recently noticed that the parcel reached Mumbai, but instead of delivering to Raigard it went back to Nashik for some reason. I hope this issue is taken care of and that I recieve my parcel soon. Thanks in advance.
